How does our food today go from field to plate? How did food use to be produced in the past? And how will major advances in ecology and biotechnology change food in the future? In this temporary exhibition in the London Science Museum you'll learn all about it. We created an exhibit where visitors make choices about this future of our food.
Land Use is an interactive multiplayer game where your choices regardingland and food shape a shared city. While playing individually, a shared projection shows how all decisions combine to shape the outcome. It’sintuitive and playful, built to encourage reflection and engagement. How would you balance food, land and nature for a better future? This compelling digital experience shows us how we got here, and where we’re going.
Because there was no space for a projection at the test location in London, we used one big and three smaller screens to get a similar set up.
Our exhibit concludes the exhibition about the future of food, where you can learn about ecogoly (yellow) and biotechnology (purple).
